Membership Terms

1. Provider and scope

These Membership Terms govern annual memberships supplied by CyberKreuz, ZVR 1623935589, Alsegger Str. 59/3, 1180 Vienna, Austria ("CyberKreuz"). They apply together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer law prevails where it provides stronger rights.

2. Plans and benefits

Basic membership includes one selected training and certification after enrollment, together with member Analytics. Standard membership includes all current and future training and certification programs made available during the active term. VIP membership includes Standard benefits plus the additional physical, community and invitation-only benefits described on the membership page. Availability dates, curricula and event capacity may change for justified operational, security or quality reasons.

3. Account and certificate name

After Stripe confirms successful payment, CyberKreuz creates a pending account and sends a single-use activation link. The member must provide accurate information and protect account credentials. The full name entered in the account is used for certificates. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

4. Price, tax and renewal

Membership is billed in EUR for one year at the price shown at checkout. CyberKreuz currently charges VAT at 0%. Tax treatment may be adjusted where required by law. The subscription renews automatically for further annual periods unless cancelled before renewal. Stripe processes the payment and provides invoices or receipts.

5. Upgrades and cancellation

An upgrade to a higher plan takes effect immediately after Stripe confirms the prorated charge. The existing renewal date normally remains unchanged. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until that date unless the account is suspended for serious misuse. Downgrades are not offered through the initial platform release.

6. Acceptable use

Members must comply with the Code of Ethics, Training & Certification Integrity policy, Community Guidelines and applicable law. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, copying protected examination material, circumvention of access controls, harassment and misuse of CyberKreuz systems are prohibited.

7. Suspension and termination

CyberKreuz may proportionately restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, systems, certification integrity or legal compliance. Where reasonably possible, the member will be informed and given an opportunity to respond. Suspension of the website account does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription; billing changes must be made through the billing portal or CyberKreuz support.

8. Changes

Material changes will be communicated through the website, account or email. Changes do not retrospectively reduce already-paid core benefits without a legitimate reason and appropriate remedy.
