Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation

Members can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current annual billing period; membership access remains available until that date. Cancelling does not normally create a prorated refund for the unused part of an annual period.

Statutory withdrawal rights

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from conclusion. The exact consequences depend on whether the contract concerns services, digital content or a combination of benefits. During checkout, the customer expressly requests immediate activation. Where legally applicable, beginning performance during the withdrawal period can create a proportionate payment obligation, and supply of digital content can affect or end the withdrawal right after the required express consent and acknowledgement. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded by this policy.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, send an unambiguous statement containing your name, account email, purchase date and request to info@cyberkreuz.eu before the applicable deadline. CyberKreuz may ask for information needed to identify the transaction.

Refunds outside statutory rights

CyberKreuz may issue a full or partial refund where a duplicate charge, technical billing error, unauthorized payment confirmed through appropriate evidence, or material failure to provide the purchased core benefit has occurred. Requests are assessed individually. No refund is owed for non-use, failure to complete training, failed examinations, suspension caused by serious policy violations, or benefits already substantially consumed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Upgrades

Plan upgrades are billed immediately using Stripe proration. If an upgrade payment fails, the higher entitlement is not activated. Billing corrections should be reported promptly.
