People acting for CyberKreuz must disclose actual, potential or perceived conflicts that could influence professional judgment, procurement, certification, editorial work, research or event decisions. Disclosures should be made before the relevant decision whenever reasonably possible.
CyberKreuz may manage a conflict through recusal, independent review, additional transparency, reassignment of responsibilities or another proportionate control. Undisclosed material conflicts may lead to corrective or disciplinary action.
