Krakow: Cyber Crisis Leadership and Decision-Making Under Pressure

CyberKreuz invites its VIP members to an exclusive in-person meeting in Krakow (Poland) focused on the organisational, technical and leadership challenges of managing a serious cyber incident.

When a major incident occurs, organisations must make critical decisions with incomplete information and under intense time pressure. Technical containment is only one part of the response. Management must coordinate security, IT, legal, compliance, communications, business operations, external specialists and regulatory authorities while protecting evidence and maintaining essential services.

The Krakow meeting will place participants inside a realistic cyber crisis scenario. Moderated discussions and a practical tabletop exercise will examine how organisations can prepare their leadership teams, establish effective incident command structures and make defensible decisions during the first hours of an attack.
